Average breastfeeding duration - 9 months, 11 Days (an increase of 2 months, 10 days from last year)**
Percentage of mothers ever breastfeeding increased by 4.9% from last year**
89% of caregivers created, and had an on-going, S.M.A.R.T health care goal for their child* (a 33% increase from last year**)
Promise 1000 home visitors encourage families to attend well child visits, and offer supportive coordination of care by attending well child visits with families

Child development and growth screenings began late in the 17-18 fiscal year. 207 screens were completed with infants and children during this year*
Infants and children received 323 social-emotional development and growth screens*
Upon completion of the Promise 1000 program (age 3 years) home visitors are able to refer families to early education services and preschool

All Home Safety & Family Resilience Indicators reporting was new in 17-18
Home Safety promotes safe living environments, safe sleep, and safe traveling. 178 home safety screens were completed with families*
Promise 1000 home visitors screen for protective factors to strengthen families and encourage positive parenting practices. 235 protective factors screens were completed with families*
246 screens were completed to help prevent family violence*
