Promise 1000 home visitors encourage families to attend well child visits, and offer supportive coordination of care by attending well child visits with families
Child Development & School-Readiness
Child development and growth screenings began late in the 17-18 fiscal year. 207screens were completed with infants and children during this year*
Infants and children received 323 social-emotional development and growth screens*
Upon completion of the Promise 1000 program (age 3 years) home visitors are able to refer families to early education services and preschool

All Home Safety & Family Resilience Indicators reporting was new in 17-18
Home Safety promotes safe living environments, safe sleep, and safe traveling. 178 home safety screens were completed with families*
